At first I couldn't understand how a Gohan and 
Trunks cel were that high but then I saw that it 
was from the special movie thing and it made more 
since. They may be doing what you think but they 
might not be. DragonBall Z cels have been going 
up nonstop for a long time. How much did you pay 
for your Majin Vegeta cel and how much did you 
sell it for? Thats what I mean. It just keeps 
going higher and higer. This could be due to 
people shill bidding but it could also just be a 
raise in what people will pay for the cel.
