I think getting or making a fan cel for a 
collector is really thoughtful. They may not be a 
collector of fan-made cels in particular, but as 
a gift, I think they are really nice. I bet it would 
really be appreciated. Making them is a lot of 
work! Besides, it's the thought that counts, and 
getting a special custom made cel is awfully 
thoughtful if you ask me. ^_^
