I dont know about these guys, but I would just 
LOVE to get a fan cel from a friend!!! Im a fan 
artist, so I know the detail and love that goes 
into artwork, and if someone does something 
special for you, it's truly unique!  I know any 
person would love a hand made gift like that. 
Whether they are a collector, or not, I know they 
will enjoy it :).  

PS.  My Birthday is this month too!  On the 21st 
to be exact!  My friend bought me a Mikael cel 
from Tenshi ni Narumon, and it was sooo cheap, 
and nice to boot!  But, if he'd a made me a 
fancel instead, I would have loved it all the 
more ^_^
