I am all for investing in a scanner and taking 
lessons in HTML. However, it didn't sound like 
that was an option for her. I agree with Zatara. 
If you can get your hands on a scanner somehow, 
do it. You will definitely fetch higher prices. 
Some public libaraies have scanners you can use, 
so check your area. My suggestions were only if 
there was no way for her to get a scanner right
