Sonia,

As I mentioned in my other post, I agree with
the other poster about getting a scanner if you
have more than a few things to upload... or get
a digital camera, which would also be useful
for more than just taking pics of cels (I will
get one eventually *sigh*). Kinkos and a few
other places offer scanning services, but those
do get expensive (I think the last time I checked,
Kinkos charged $9.99 per picture... and if the
cels don't sell for above $50 prices, I'm not
sure I'd consider that worth the investment when
you also take into account eBay fees or whatever.
;_;) I think Best Buy has scanners ranging from
$75-$350, depending on what you want. Picking
something in the middle range ($130-$180) will
probably give you some nice scans and hold up
for future use... and I promise you never know
what you'll want to scan! ^.^ Also, if you get
one from Best Buy, I cannot recommend enough that
you buy one of their 2-year replacement plans!
I had one that died (of natural causes) about
9 months after buying it... but since I had that
plan (like a Best Buy warranty for 2 years) they
took the scanner (through UPS) and mailed me a
voucher for the cost I'd spent on it so I could
buy a new one (of my choice, so I upgraded to a
nicer one!).

As far as being ftpless... you are more than
welcome to send pics to me and I'll upload them
to my site and you can link to those (or put a
page up on my server or whatever), or there are
a bunch of free website services (although some,
like Geocities, are abysmally slow!).

Kim ^.^
