Man, that is crappy.  Get a load of what I had to 
deal with a couple months ago. I had a Canadian 
bid on one of my auctions...for 2.00.  She took 
two months, and I had to threaten the hell out of 
her when she finally sent me a five dollar 
Canadian bill in the mail another two weeks 
later.  So, in all, it took about 3 months to get 
a 2 dollar payment >:?/  I also had another girl 
bid on one of my art pieces for about 38$. 
Anyways, I sent the art and it did not get to 
her, nevermind the fact that she had moved 
recently and given me the wrong address. But, she 
asks about the item, I tell her I did send it.  I 
offered to send her another one, but she said no, 
and she wanted her money back.  She then got her 
MOTHER to write and threaten to press fraud 
charges on me!  GAHHH!
Oiy, I think Ebay needs a drastic change of 
ruling.  I think you should be required to give 
more ID than they ask, like a drivers license, 
social, etc.  Im getting VERY tired of 
unruly/underaged people ruining it for everyone 
who is honest.  Sorry to hear about your flack 
there, I wont hassle you :)  Thanks again for the
