I wrote to "jULia" after I had calmed down a 
bit.  ^_^;  I basically said that I was the owner 
of the site she stole from and that it was it was 
wrong (and ILLEGAL) to claim that she owned my 
cels.  

As it turned out, she didn't even know what cels 
were - she just liked the "pictures" and wanted 
to compile an image gallery. (using my HTML and 
images) After my reading my email, she apologized 
and has taken all the pages down at my request. 

This has taught me a lesson, that's for sure.  My 
gallery is going to be down for a while until I 
watermark all 60 of my cels/thumbnails. (we're 
looking at over 120 images -_-;)  Not fun.  I 
guess I would have saved myself the effort if I 
had done it in the 1st place.
