Previous post by Celga, has mentioned that I 
cannot participate.  That is true to some 
extent.  I do have ALL THE RIGHT to bid on the 
Silent Auction.  I do not have the right now 
(just talked to him/Starbreaker7 on the phone) to 
post this stuff online like Celga does.  As far 
as I know, Celga is the only person who can 
advertise on the web.  The seller wants all 
international bidders to proceed to Celga if they 
want to bid.  All international bidders who 
currently have dealt with him in the past 
regarding Silent Auction is still a participant. 
He will  gladly will accept your offers and 
mine.  I can no longer offer the free service to 
bid on the Silent Auction like it is offered on 
my site publicly last month.  It is not a loss to 
me at all, since it was a free service, but, 
probably a loss for others.  I will correct my 
site after I return to Japan.

Regarding price of shipping by Starbreaker7.  The 
shipping cost has been dropped to $18 since last 
month. This price includes the extra cost for the 
extra weight of the plastic B-4 file.  It costed 
me 2800yen (to ship an Evangelion cel in a B-4 
Case, and then in a box) to someone in 
California, fully insured.  Starbreaker7 also 
insures the package.  That is what you are paying 
for.  Instead of jeopardizing my cel, I would pay 
the extra for the insurance and B-4 File.  That 
is my 2 cents.
