well, i think you are taking something and making 
assumptions......

Celga's silent auctions have only been around for 
2 months / 2 sessions now.  Keigo and the owner 
of these cels are friends.....now these cels are 
usually open to silent auction *only for people 
in japan*!!  but as a business partnership, Celga 
has allowed those of us *outside* of japan to 
place bids too!!  never before have we been able 
to have this chance!!

personally, i am very pleased to have the 
opportunity to bid on items that normally i never 
would have even *seen*!!!  yes, Celga takes a 
fee, ummmm.... that is business and part of using 
a service!

This seller does not, and will not, sell these 
items directly.  The items he now has on YJ 
auctions are there because obviously no one bid 
on them in the silent auction! 

if you prefer to wait and only deal with the 
seller's YJ auctions, i am afraid you will miss 
out on the best cels :)

i hope this is a coherent explanation.  i would 
hope you could ask someone at Celga team about 
this kind of thing directly another time.....i'm 
sure keigo or cindy would have been veyr happy to 
explain.
