Insurance Claims & EMS

From what my post office tells me the sender
is the one who gets reimbursed. As in most
cases the sender is the one losing out.
e.g Sending a package to love one etc.

Even if the package is damaged the sender
is still the one who gets reimbursed.
Remember the Insured amount is in Yen.

For EMS

If it has been 4 days and is not showing up
on the EMS tracking system (Japan's Postal
EMS tracking system) contact the sender.

if  it has 14 days contact your postal office,
In the US they use to have a free dial number.
