I am really sorry to hear about your trouble.  I 
can confirm that the postal service has been 
really screwy lately...I'm applying for pharmacy 
residency positions, and my applications (and 
application FEES) have continually been lost in 
the mail.  One that I sent priority on December 
3rd is still in orbit somewhere.  (I'll never see 
that one again, and I've got to place a track on 
the money order tomorrow.)  Overnight mail is 
taking over a week...the whole thing is a mess.  
Several of my applications missed being late by 
ONE DAY, even though I mailed the stuff over a 
month ago.  International express is screwed up, 
even.

I really hope your cels turn up.  Don't give up 
just yet, the postal service is slow and your 
cels may be magically delivered when you least 
expect it.  At least, we all hope so, right?  
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Doesn't that make you want to break something?  
The application process was a nightmare for me, 
but at least I didn't lose something so 
valuable...
