I think if packages are sent to the tax office, 
there's no way to avoid it.  Have you ever had 
this problem before?  I know some countries do 
charge taxes on imports.  I don't know if they do 
that for all countries or only specific ones.

I don't know what to tell you.  It's unfair to 
Taro to make them take it back; I would have 
checked first to see if you would be paying 
duties on imports before placing the order.

like that "businessman" didn't ask to lose his 
wallet all those weeks ago.
