Unfortunately you can DO NOTHING with the Belgian 
taxes, I know it very well as they seem to love 
me too much... >_<;

But if you didn't received a paper from the taxes 
telling you that you owe them ***BEF, then it can 
pass through.

Actually ALL our packages pass between their 
hands. They've already taxed me for little 
packages with 4 phone cards and regularly let go 
some huge packages full of items for a total 
value of 200.000,00 JPY... Try to understand.

But don't worry too much. They don't know 
anuthing about cels so I think it will be OK. And 
they can't tax you without verifying that you are 
a person and not a shop, and taxes are lower for 
persons. If they contact you, just pretend it 
comes from "old second hand" books, then the tax 
is only 6%.
