Like the other person who said the same thing, I 
try to *never* have a balance. Basically, I only 
ever accepted Paypal when I had something to turn 
around and spend the funds on right away. I don't 
let money sit around in the account for very long 
at all - and I make sure it's rarely very much if 
I do. . .

I still think that *overall* Paypal is a good 
idea - but it has so many flaws! Enough that I 
wouldn't be surprised if it went down.
