Well, as that was my dreamcel too...and speaking 
as a Nuriko fan here, Id be willing to pay 2.5k 
or so.  Id actually pay whatever you wanted 
(hypothetically speaking).  It's probably the 
best cel of him Ive seen, and there's a lot of 
people who'd pay just as much or more than me.
