Well, if not for a couple of rather rabid 
collectors, :)  I'd say it would normally go for 
around $400 - $500.  I remember when Noriko was 
not really a popular character - you didn't 
really see that many good headshots, but smaller 
decent shots (say from the waist up) were only 
about $50- $70.  Now people are paying like $200+ 
for em. I never was that big on him/her though.  
I thought noriko was funny in the series and I 
bawled when he died, but I never really liked the 
pink eyes and purple hair.
