From the US, a money order to Japan should not 
cost more than $3.25 to get at the post office. 
As for how to address the package, when I put 
together Taro's address, I write it exactly like 
this:

Group Zero
Chikusakou 30
Hyogo Prefecture
Sumoto City
JAPAN      656-0031

I don't know if this is technically right or not, 
but it makes it to it's destination. ^_^  I hope 
that helps! ^_^

As for me, Taro confirmed that I got everything 
in my little order. . . Now I'm just sitting on 
pins and needles to hear if I got everything in 
my *big* first order!! (*please please*)  ^_^;;
