Personally, I dont think that there's anything 
wrong with buying them if they aren't available 
in the US yet.  I've bought 5-6 titles you can't 
get here yet, simply because I don't want to 
wait potentially years before they are marketed 
in the US.   Please don't try and pass off any 
crap about going with fansubs being 
better "morally" either.  I have a DVD player, 
and don't hardly ever even turn on my VCR. Plus 
I can buy a DVD which contains up to 10 episodes 
on it, where a VHS tape contains maybe 3 - plus 
I've never received a bootleg DVD that was lower 
quality then fansubs - in most cases it's much 
higher. 

However, as soon as a title becomes available 
commercially in the US I *do* purchase it - but 
until then, I'll continue to buy the bootleg 
DVDs. For me, its not a question of money - its 
a matter of format. I don't want fansub VHS 
tapes. :p
