Could be production, know anime-cel.com had 
gotten a real Psylocke cel before in Japan. 
Unless proven otherwise, on general looks would 
hazard yours is real.

There was at least 1 different theme animated 
sequence to the show in Japan because I have a 
really badly compressed version of it somewhere.  
It had a winking Rogue in it I would like to have.
