well..two of the not your ordinary cel packaging 
i received was 1) cel was stuck in a manilla 
folder, and 2) cel was wrapped with a sega 
genesis bag w/ sonic in the front ^-^ 
strangely...those two cels arrived around the 
same time...no wait..i take that back...those 
two cels arrived on the same day ;P ja~
