Those cels are from the new Kenshin OVAs, which 
take place 15 years after the end of the manga 
series.  OVA has been released in Japan, but has 
not been released in the states yet.  This 
particular cel from OVA 5, where Kaoru is having 
fever dreams; she reflects/dreams back through 
all significant scenes from the Kenshin TV 
series, although its much more dark and done 
BEAUTIFULLY in OVA artstyle.  These particular 
cels are from the Jin-E fight.
