Hmm, I want to add something : Trying to match a
given cel with what you see on DVD is pointless : 
By definition, the compression method used for DVD 
is not going to show every single frame of a 
scene. Some frames will be skiped fully, or 
partialy (the compression resulting in storing the 
differance between two frames).
