I am looking at getting a few of my cels framed 
possibly soon, and I've found my main criteria 
above all else is to pick one that is less likely 
to fade.  Since framing cels is a way to show off 
thier bueaty, I don't want to use one that would 
fade easily, destroying that beauty.
