Yes, this IS a cel.  *grin*  The lines were 
hand-inked in what looks to be a large-tipped 
permanent marker, and then the back of the cel was 
covered in white paint.

Jinnai creeps me out enough in normal 
cels... but this is a whole new level of freakish, 
even for him.  ^_~
