Since I couldn't decide which of my cels I 
thought was the "Best" of my collection, I had to 
post two.  (Yes, TWO.  I always seem to forget to 
post to the "What's Your Favorite Cel? threads.) 
Even though both of these cels are leagues apart 
monetary wise, they are both liked equally well.

My most expensive and best cel which is ranked #2 
on my dream cel wishlist.

My most favorite character cel and best from a 
technical point of view is from Magic Knights 
Rayearth.

(Now, if only I could find the matching 
background for my evil Tamahome cel...)  ^_^
