Now here's my view on pencil sketches. If you have both the sketch and the cel and are going to
sell both of them, selling them together is very cool in my opinion. Again, one of the things that
I have done (which others may disapprove of) is kept a pencil sketch for a cel that I sold or traded.
I collect pencil sketches independently from cels and store the pencil sketches which come with the cels
together with those sketches which don't have cels with them. I have some douga from Laputa and Nausicaa that
there's no way in the world I could afford the cels they originally went with. However, I usuallly let people know
when I am keeping the matching sketch so that if they feel very passionately that the cel and sketch should stay together,
they have that choice. I did not offer that choice with the cels from backgrounded cels which I sold
because I had bought them for the background and the background is non-negotiable. :)
At any rate, a bit longwinded, but those are my views. Responses and comments are welcomed.
