The backgrounds we sell are ones in which we buy all together that have no matching cel or sketch as far as we know. We can choose to sell these cels or they are thrown out in most cases. We DO NOT seperate cels from backgrounds and sell them seperately. Usagi's House made the choice to sell these backgrounds because they are inexpensive ways to enhance your collection.
