I was the one who did not recieve the $80.00 cel.
In my case, I used a bank issued IPMO.
If he signed it and cashed it....well he'll find out just how tenacious my bank can be. Although the search process takes 6-8 weeks.
They will have his mailing address, email address, all the messages he exchanged with me, and French bank that cashed it w/the signature on the IPMO.
I have given Abdel till this coming Monday to respond to my emails, then I turn it over to my bank.
(This is why I have not yet included my name to this message; but will go public about the entire matter if I do not hear from Abdel in the next three days.)
In over a hundred cel transactions this is the first problem like this to happen.
