Well, I didn't win any of his auctions, but (esp. in light
of the current situation) as for anyone who did - I sure
wouldn't recommend sending him any money.

I called my US Postal Inspector (you can get the number for
your local Inspector, who handles the fraud cases, by
calling the main USPS number: 1-800-275-8777 - just
give the service rep. your zip code, tell her you want
to file a fraud claim, and she'll give you the number)
this afternoon, and they sent out a packet of info to
fill out. Since I have my carbon copy of my money order
and all the relevant email copies where abdel stated that
he indeed did not send the cel I paid for, AND his address
and all, there shouldn't be much of a problem.

I have no patience whatsoever with people who think it's
ok to rip other people off. If there's an honest mistake -
hey, whatever, we're human and it happens. If someone
takes money, does not send the item, and then doesn't
return the money or compensate for the item - well, that's
fraud, and they deserve to pay the penalty. It's about
taking the money, but it's not really about the MONEY...
do you get what I'm saying or am I just babbling? =)

Anyway... suggestions on a course of action (OR A REPLY
FROM ABDEL - YOU THERE, MAN?) are welcome...
