Hello.
I have never ordered from the first person you spoke of, but 
my experience with Anime Vega has been very good indeed. I 
usually figure on a week for them to get the payment from you, 
and then the race begins. Anime Taro is the fastest of the Japanese 
dealers, usually getting you your cels just two weeks after your order! 
Anime Vega takes a little bit longer, but still comes in easily under a 
month. With Anime Shop Pocket, it is better to order and then find 
something else to think about because by the time the cels arrive you'll 
probaby have forgotten what you ordered! Still, where else would I get my 
human Ryo-ohki cels?
