Hi. I also have dealt with Vega and they did a great job. It took about two weeks for me to get my cels. As far as the fastest Japanese dealer, my vote goes out to Artworks Osaka. I ordered a cel from them and they sent it overnight mail. Pocket is definitely the slowest. The wait may be long, but the cels are worth it :). Dave
