I have lots of framed cels on my walls. Many have been there
for years. All are beautifully framed in regular frames baught off
the shelf at a craft store and all have regular pre-made, acid free
matboards that look great. Frames cost about $13 and the matboards
about $3. All my cels are faring just fine and don't show any damage
what so ever.
