I would be somewhat agitated at them (unless of course they
had a good reason, like their aged mother had just fallen 
down the stairs and had to go to the hospital).  After all,
doing that is most often just a sign of greed.  Not only 
that, it just adds to the inflation of prices for _everyone_.
I don't think I would take it personally, after all, someone
like that would probably try that kind of thing with every
dealer they could.  My cels for sale page is easy to find and
order from for everyone, so it is not like they would be doing
anyone a service.  I hate to see people buy from dealers just
to slap things up on eBay within a couple weeks.  It's really
too bad they have no respect for their fellow collectors.
