Perhaps all the odds point against this person that is selling 
the Eva cel (ie. no scan, question of authenticity do to restricted 
or no release of cels by the studio, possible feedback by his/her 
friends), but it's really not fair of you to be so quick to judge 
and call this person a jerk.  
Just because it seems like a scam to you, doesn't mean it is. 
Have you emailed this person and actually discussed your suspisions
with them?  The evidence you present leads to the fact that you 
have not.
Please remember that the country in which eBay auction is 
situated is still a free country and our laws state that one 
is inocent until PROVEN guilty.   
Please understand that I am not slamming you as you have 
uncerimoniously slammed the seller, I am just presenting the facts 
that you seem to have overlooked in your haste and surprise.
