There is a rather simple solution to this whole problem
of whether or not this person is actually selling an eva
cel or is just commiting fraud. Ebay does offer escro
services and while it is a bit expensive, it does
guarantee that the item for sale actually does exist before
you pay anything. I have not used it before, but it should
prevent any blatant fraud. The fact that the item is not 
shown, though, leaves you very succeptable to bait and switch
(with say a repro cel) which would be almost impossible for
an esco service to determine and prevent.

PS	Remember that if this is a real cel and is part of the 
original batch of stolen cels, you will in effect be dealing
with stolen merchandise. Just something people might want to
consider before paying money for an Eva cel.
