so did they end up selling the X 1999 cel at the high bid price? it is my understanding that if a seller refuses to sell an item at the high bid price on a non-reserve auction then this is a blatant breaking of the ebay seller/buyer rules. that is why they have reserve auctions. if the seller made the mistake of not listing an item on a reserve auction then it is their loss and the high bidder's gain. just my two cents larry
