I got a really nice cel of Super Baby from
Dragon Ball GT back a couple months ago from
them, and the only contact I had with them
was the initial email on where to send the
money. I emailed them about a week ago to ask
about cels they have at their store, and have
not received any kind of a reply.

As far as selling on ebay, you are correct about
the fact that since they did not place a reserve
on the auction that they could not try and force
one onto you after the end of the auction. That's
what reserves are for. I do a lot of selling on
ebay (rarely cels, but still has the same rules),
and I would never try and say "Oops, I forgot to
put this at a reserve - you have to pay this instead
because of my mistake." It's just not right. I'm
curious as well to see what the outcome of this
auction was.

The lack of communication makes it difficult for
me to consider purchasing from them again.
