I used to deal with them every now and then. They used to be really down-to-earth guys 8 years ago, but now, they do take on the attitude if you're not fully interested, they cannot be bothered with you. They are so busy (?). Also, you dont get the feeling of satisfaction while dealing with them either. Sometimes you also get the "better-than-you" attitude, especially at Conventions. Now, I pretty much just steer away from them. -Nick
