I also tend to request more than one cel if I'm ordering,
especially from someone overseas, to make the shipping
charge worth it. These days, because so many of the cels I
really want are sold before I get to the web page, I only
request the cels I really want. If I do get them, I write
the seller back and ask if I can also order some more cels.
I have not had a seller refuse my request to order
extra cels.
As for lottery vs. first come vs. auction, I believe it is
the seller's decision - so long as they announce their
decision ahead of time and stick to it.
