I normally don't like to participate in squables of this kind,
but I just thought I'd add my two pence.

Though I've never ordered from Mangaya, they seem to be a good
company though, as I've heard people speak highly of them in
the past and also they seem to be very well rated in the
Internet Cel Guide.
I feel sorry that they have decided to leave the cel business,
I'm sure they will be missed. I know what it's like to feel
dejected after a customer/client or two has rubbed me the wrong,
or if I made a mistake.

As far as some of the language that's been flying around here.
I think that there are people from different cultures "battling"
it out and with my own travel experiance I find that what some
of us consider rude or vulger, is actually acceptable as
common everyday language in other places. To me it's strange,
but this is how the world is.

Mangaya, I think you need to just hold your head up high and
continue on with your life and business. Don't let a bad
experiance or two break your spirit. Business has it's ups and
downs and this is a good learning experiance. Though I am not
in retail myself, my girlfriend is and I've seen her on the verge
of closing her shop down a couple of times too.
Please reconsider your stand and show everyone that you are
strong.

Good luck!

Metaphor (in hopes of discovering Mangaya one day)
