Part of the movie is indeed down in computer 
(using Softimage 3D and ToonZ), so the
amount of cels won't be available as many as before.
Yes, I have seen a cel or two from it, but the price is
incredibly expensive, plus you really need  
connection to get it unlike before.  From what I heard,
the current price for an average shot is over
4 digits (US dollars) quite easily.

Whether it will success in the US or not, it will  
depend on how Disney marketing the film.  You know, there
are quite a lot of fighting scenes in it and this is a
serious film.  I don't think Disney can market this film 
to little kids like they usually do for their own 
animated films.  This time, they have to come up a better
plan to target this film to higher age groups.  It should
be interesting to see how Disney will handle it.
