Around one year, one year and an half ago if I remember correctly... First OAVs cels of El Hazard don't have it : they started with the second OAVs and TV. (but not all second OAVs have it. Those releazed early don't...). For Tenchi, I think that they started with cels from Manatsu No Eve and Shin Tenchi. Cheers, Yann Stettler
