It's depend when they put them on the market.. as I said...
There was still some first OAVs cels in the latest
event and so naturaly they have the logo.

It's also possible to get cels from the lastest anime
like Miyu without the AIC logo if you get them "soon"
from the studio directly...

As for my Ifrita cel, no, it doesn't have it.

PS: And I never saw a big logo in the lower left
corner. Only the 3D logo in the upper left corner
of the cel.
