Hello,
recently i obtained 4 beautiful cels of great worth for an amazing price from a very reputable collector who im sure everyone on here knows about very well. They were sailor stars cels and one of them was of Chibichibi with a smiling face and her umbrella. Its a two layer end cels with 1 pencil sketch. I can gladly prove that i own the cel, and its such a key scene, that a fan reproducer has been making my cel and distributing it. I am told that this brings the value of my cel down, do i reserve the right to have them stop making my cel?
