That's not totaly correct : The person doing the copies
is doing something illegal. You can't sue him (even if
you wanted to) because you don't have the copyright.
But you certainly have some legal right to try to
make him stop. For example, you could write to TOEI
and tell them about that person.
You can also post in newsgroup about that person so
everybody will know about him. If he try to sell those
copies on a website or an auction, you can mail his
provider telling him that he is doing something illegal
and that they should do something about it... Even
if the person is just displaying the copies on
a website but without selling them, you may still try
to contact his provider.
