A valid reason in my mind is

1) You own the cel
2) You made the scan
3) It is clearly stated on your website that you do not want it redistributed.

If there is a question of the cel being from the same scene
as yours but it might not be yours I'm not going to remove it.

If you didn't make the scan (you bought it after the scan was made)
I'm not going to remove it.

If you don't say on your site that you don't want these images to
be redistributed then there is no problem is there? I'm not going
to play a double standard. "Anyone but sailormoon.org can post these
image". Just assume I got it from another site. If you have a policy
of having a link back to you if we use your scans, please add yourself
to our link list. It's free and easy.

If an image was uploaded or emailed to us with no URL stamp and I don't
recognize it I'm going to install it. If it has a URL stamp I won't install
it.
