How about screen captures? If you capture the image does that give you
the right to say "don't take my capture", sure. How about scans from
books or CD case liners? Well, I bought it and scanned it, so it's the
same case you are making. Or how about if I download an image and
store it on my drive, that image is taking up my drive space. Can I then
request that no one takes it since I have to pay for the drive space?
That drive cost me hundreds of dollars, it costs me electricity to keep it
powered on and hosting fees to keep it on the net.

Generally when you licence an image you do it on a per-image basis.
You buy the rights to use an image to print on a T-Shirt to sell
or an image to put on a poster and so on. The owner of the image (not
the licensee) is responsible for protection of that image.

We did not take these file, they were given to us by other people.
We can not track down every cel uploaded to us to verify that
the scanner doesn't want it out there. If you don't put your URL on
the image we can not know where it came from. We do not install images
stamped with another site's URL.
