Actually, if I were offered a cel that I somehow *knew* was stolen from a private collector, I *would* buy it! Then I'd contact the collector, let them know I had it and who I got it from. . . That way the cel is safe while we both hunt down and press charges against the @$$ who stole it. Which would be better than trying to get the person while they still had the cel and chance that it would be destroyed or given away elsewhere in an attempt to hide the evidence.
