A. I like to ask the sellers questions but after i try to
submit one, a new screen pops up saying it can't
process my request. I haven't been able to bid yet
though because i can never contact the seller before an
auction closes.
I'm a fairly new user and i used my american address
to register but i could never use Q and A. I supposed, if
i gave a Japanese address, Yahoo Japan wouldn't be
so hard on me. So i went back and gave a JApanese
address and still i can't do anything.
Also, 've notice on cetrain user ratings that there is an
asterisk by their name. I assumed that was for
international buyers, but they seem to be able to bid
with out any problems, so i the only thing i can do is
look longingly and hope that item will end up on ebay.
