I ask them for either airmail or EMS, with a preference 
towards EMS, because not all post offices have the EMS
services. Usually they have no clue what I'm talking about
^^; until they either drop by the post office themselves or
look through the Japanese Postal Office homepage like I do, 
because they have a tidy chart of the cities and prefectures
with postal offices that allow EMS and airmail etc., as 
well as a grid of postages for all their international

Though their postal rates page seems to be a little kooky 
because someone put an ./td> instead of a
